Organizations Recycling Bicycle to Development Projects

The organization below generally have on-going large volume domestic and/or international bicycle recycling projects. 

• If you have a container full of bikes, their existing recipients-clients might have capacity to absorb additional bikes and/or they may know of additional worthy project who can use your bicycles.

• World Bicycle Relief, IL USA, part of SRAM Corporation. http://www.worldbicyclerelief.org/ Provides new bicycles to projects in Zambia and Kenya.  [Ed: Its projects have the greatest potential for changing/disrupting local bicycle economies.]

The International Bicycle Fund is an independent, non-profit organization. Its primary purpose is to promote bicycle transportation.
