Ian:
The ride was marked by a beautiful series of valleys and hillsides that we passed through
on our way to Kisiizi on a small track. With no motor vehicles for dozens of miles it felt
as if we had passed back in time to an age when people stopped to pass the time of day and
all forms of work were powered by humans or animals. The simple rural people were
overjoyed to see us – friendly and welcoming. The sun was not too hot and the air
clean and fresh – a wonderful day!
